We are looking for select families who can benefit most from our unique model of divorce resolution. Specifically, we desire clients who want to reach a settlement without acrimony and bitterness.  Our clients must make their children (if any) a priority and they must agree to full disclosure of all assets, debts, income and expenses.  Our process focuses on reaching agreement in a manner that attempts to meet the needs of children and both parties whenever possible.  Our services are available for a fixed fee that is based on the complexity of the case.

The fee will be determined during our initial meeting after we learn more about the specifics of your situation.

Our standard package includes the following:

• Individual meetings with both parties to define financial goals and settlement objectives
• Analysis of assets, debts, income and expenses and recommendations regarding best way to structure settlement
• Financial models that project the implications, including tax issues, of settlement offers and final settlement for both parties
• Financial coaching, available to either or both parties (up to 2 hours)
• Exploration of issues that are important to both children and parents
• Four hours of mediation dedicated to issues surrounding children and parenting
• Four hours of mediation dedicated to creating a financial settlement
• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that summarizes the settlement
• Referral to preferred attorney who will write the final Separation Agreement based upon the MOU
• Post settlement Financial Action Checklist and Wrap Up Meeting
